They say first impression lasts. I don't believe that this statement is always generally true when it comes to people. I'm sure you've met a few people through different walks of life, who didn't give you a really good impression but as soon as you get to know them it changed. However, it is a little different when we are in an interview and is trying to get a job. We want make sure the interviewer will like us. The same thing goes with packaging our jewelries. I want to make sure that my customers will enjoy opening their package when it arrives.
I make my jewelry boxes using acid-free card stocks. I design the layout using my favorite MS Word and print it. I usually make a pattern to be more consistent with the measurement and to make the process of making boxes a little easier.

My default packaging when customers did not request to gift wrap their item. |

This is another way we gift wrap your order when you request for a gift ready packing. The top cover of the box can be a repurposed card covered by plane turquoise or purple wrapper and decorated with a handmade flower using the same material. |

This is an example of gift wrapped package during Christmas season. Gift wrapping paper may vary from the picture shown here. |
Have you ever tried making your own boxes? If so, how to do make yours? Any tips to share?
